Have been working as the Principal & Associate Professor at the department of Mathematics in Sri Venkateswara Degree & PG College, Anantapur, Andhrapradesh. Held multiple administration responsibilities since started the professional career in the year 2004, as Administrative Officer, Controller of Examinations, Dean of Academics and has been elevated as principal of the institution.

Rendered my services as an Associate Professor at the department of Mathematics in Sri Venkateswara Institute of Technology (SVIT), Hampapuram, Rapthadu (M), Anantapur(D),Andhrapradesh.
In addition to teaching, at different phases, carried out administrative responsibilities as controller of Examinations, Coordinator of Admissions Cell, Administrative Officer, Dean of Academics and Head of the Department of Mathematics.

Started professional career as Assistant Professor of Mathematics in Sri Venkateswara Degree College, Anantapur, Andhrapradesh, and while working published many papers, and a few books.

Achivements:
1. As a lecturer as well as an administrative officer contributed for the institutions to strengthen the academic standards by introducing certificate courses, training programs, FDPs and other activities.
2. Introduced an innovative program called “Let’s Talk” to improve the communication skills in English. The uniqueness of the program is to conduct competitions in every semester and entire semester wise making it mandatory for every student to participate in it.
3. As the principal of Sri Venkateswara Degree College took the responsibility of coordinating and leading the criteria wise teams and also maintaining rapport with all stakeholders to get NAAC “A” Grade in its first cycle itself. Sri Venkateswara Degree College is the first self-financed conventional college to achieve NAAC “A” Grade in the entire district.
4. Conducted almost 12 placements in every academic year and hundreds of our students got offer letters from different sectors.
5. Given equal importance to academic excellence through publishing papers and books.
